Lava is a cutting edge technology company which deals in the specialised area of knowledge management using information technology tools to assist large corporates, quasi government and government organisations in the development of their knowledge transfer and management processes. The company owns the right to market software owned by Open Text Limited a Nasdaq listed company.

We acted as virtual financial manager to this company and have developed the financial infrastructure to allow the company to grow. We further assisted the company in critical consulting role in the development of its black empowerment objectives.

Boxlee (Pty) Ltd
Boxlee is a world-class manufacturer of corrugated boxes and associated products. The company has a twenty-year history with the strong growth potential and a developed market position.

We act as auditor and general consultant to the group assisting them in their overall financial management and assisted with the development of new accounting products and software to a position that they are now able to report factually within 4 days of month end.

Lumoss Mouldings (Pty) Ltd
Lumoss is a highly exciting plastic injection moulding and manufacturing company, which specialises in the marketing and advertising product market. J Mack has owned the company since 1976 and in 2004 it was nominated as one of the top 300 empowerment companies.

We act as auditor and general consultant to the company and have assisted them through the difficult financial periods to the position that they are now a world-class entity.
